As an Alliances Account Executive, you will provide strategic leadership to the Alliances organization through driving close collaboration and engagement with key System Integrators (SI) or Strategic Outsourcers (SO) Partners with a coverage across of Indonesia.
This candidate will work closely with multiple (internal and external) stakeholders to build a go-to-market plan and ensure successful execution of this jointly managed plan.
Planning and governance are critical aspects of this role. Principle Responsibilities Driving business planning with Alliance or SI Partner to ensure appropriate focus on Dell EMC Solutions and engaging with partner to drive transformational deals with multiyear opex / consumption driven models Market development and demand generation using joint partner offerings and actively drive sales campaigns with partner and participate in customer calls and activities.
Build partner industry plan, including marketing campaigns and priority solutions and work with industry team, sales and marketing to begin execution of campaigns Ability to help partners make future business decisions based on product roadmaps and pricing schemes and nurtures an extensive network of industry leaders, partners, customers and prospects.
Extensive coordination with finance and operations to ensure cost proposals, cost models, rate structures and profit margins are correct, current and in compliance with Dell EMC standards.
Essential Requirements 10 - 12 years sales, alliance sales or account management expertise and must have historically achieved quota attainment through partner engagement.
Strong experience in Data Center Solutions with technical sales experience extremely desirable. Good understanding of the core technologies in the Dell EMC Solution Set (Big Data, Storage, Virtualization), Alliance, SI and SP Channels Thorough understanding of the business model of Global and local SI’s and how this differs from reseller channels.
Desirable Requirements Experience in leading a business initiative and / or cross-functional teams including strategy planning, solution development, partner management and implementing programs on a regional basis High-energy, driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to customers.
