About the Country Manager - Indonesia :
You will be responsible for Hands-on Management of the sales team, hunt new logos within Enterprise Commercial sectors such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport and Ecommerce.
You will use your excellent customer management skills to articulate the value proposition of Cloud based solutions effectively to technical and non-technical leaders, up to C-level, you will be able to successfully achieve your personal and team Sales quota.
Drive new business generation and maintain relationships with major customers
Perform operational duties including the coordination of support and professional services to maximise customer success
Define and implement a successful Market Strategy
Manage and motivate Account Executives whilst providing indirect management to Technical team and Operations staff
Provide feedback to Product and Services teams based on customer feedback
Experience Required :
Minimum 10 years of professional experience selling Enterprise Cloud Solutions with an emphasis on BFSI, Telco, Retail / Ecommerce and Logistics relationships
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Manager or Sales Leader with direct reports and P&L responsibility
