Transport & Shipping Leader Batam-006CFI

Calculation and selection of optimal logistics routes with minimal costs and follow up deeply all opportunities to reduce additional costs, demurrage / detention

Monitor closely the delivery schedules and ensure all customs clearance KPI's are being met.

Co-ordinate with all required Logistics service providers.

Forecasting and control of transportation and customs situation (seasonal features of transportation, analysis of the legislative framework relating to customs clearance and logistics);

Verification of the Company s internal contracts with respect to logistics and customs clearance

Prompt cooperation with certification bodies and other counterparties, including their search, for issuing permits

Qualifications

Academic requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Logistics

Experience in Logistics : with minimum 7 years related experience in Import & Export Operation

Knowledge of air and ocean transport logistics processes. (especially in Singapore port)

Good knowledge of incoterms and impacts to supply chain and logistics

Have certificate of Indonesia Customs Brokerage License (PPJK)

Familiar with Free Trade Agreement and General System Preferences

Understand with insurance claim procedure
