Pact is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager for an upcoming USAID-funded civil society strengthening project in Indonesia.
The project will empower civil society to strengthen democratic governance and will focus on civil society at the local level specifically at the district level and below.
The MEL Manafer is responsible for overall leadership and oversight of the project’s MEL activities. S / he will lead the MEL team, manage the project’s MEL Plan, develop relevant MEL tools, and provide technical training and guidance to the project team and partners on relevant MEL tools and processes and data use for decision-making.
The MEL Director will lead data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is incorporated into programmatic decision-making and into program reports for submission to USAID.
This position is contingent upon award.
Experience in MEL of complex democracy and governance related projects.
